Have you ever heard the phrase "Data Rich, Information Poor"? It’s a common phrase used when staff have lots of data, but struggle to understand how to translate that data into meaningful action. Many times, the root cause of this dilemma is the absence of a positive data culture: one in which staff have understanding of and access to the right data at the right time. This interactive 90 minute webinar will engage participants in a simple tool to help data leaders take practical steps to cultivate a positive data culture, where staff naturally embrace data in a supportive professional environment. Whether you work with teacher teams, entire buildings, or even entire districts, this webinar will help data leaders shift mindsets and shift the conversation in ways that move positive work forward. |
