Audience: Members of Oakland County building leadership teams that are implementing a Response to Intervention Framework for elementary literacy. Leadership team members include the building principal, at least one general education representative, and at lease one special education representative.

Event Description:
This session is designed to support the implementation efforts of building leadership teams who are beginning or sustaining an RTI framework for elementary literacy. Participants will learn about the purposes of grade-level data meetings at different points in the year (fall, winter and spring), meetings roles and responsibilities, agenda setting, facilitation skills, how to prep for effective grade-level data meetings, and how to evaluate the procedural integrity of grade-level data meetings. Dialogue and activities will focus on how schools can use a problem-solving process to analyze school wide data at different points in the year as part of their continuous improvement process.
