Prerequisite
Knowledge: High motivation for engaging in web-based learning and self-study; time to work at least 4 hours per week on the course; access to the internet; and an Edmodo account (which can be created at: www.edmodo.com )
Grade Level: PreK-12
Audience: Oakland County LEA &PSA's only. Special education teachers, general education teachers, administrators, school psychologists, teacher consultants

Event Description:

Are you looking for a web-based learning opportunity where you can learn in your own place this summer? Are you interested in learning more about using assessment data to design instruction for student learning in reading, math, and writing? This web-based course will give you the opportunity to delve deeply into Curriculum-Based Assessment for Instructional Design (CBA-ID) using the text by Matthew K. Burns and David Parker. The text and teacher materials will be provided for each participant.

Registration deadline 8/10/15. The course is free if registering and not getting SCECH's. The cost is $10 if registering and getting SCECH's, this is non-refundable. Credits are awarded to eligible participants in December 2015.
