This training is provided for Oakland County LEA & PSA employees only.
 
Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) is a safe behavior management system designed to aid professional staff in the management of disruptive and assaultive students. Oakland Schools offers a hybrid training that consists of 2 portions: web-based learning and classroom-based. Participants will first complete the web-based learning which consists of 10 study units and assessments. Web-based learning is estimated to take 3 hours. Participants must complete all units and pass the post test PRIOR to the classroom-based portion.
 
You must keep track of your online time, print web-based entries and bring them to the classroom-based portion.

Note: Due to certification guidelines, this training is for Oakland County LEA & PSA's only.
