Event Description:

This two day foundational opportunity will afford teachers the opportunity to reflect upon their professional identities, values and beliefs while designing the classroom culture they envision. New and experienced practitioners will benefit greatly from this personal journey, leaving with a carefully crafted inquiry question. Cultural transformation is the goal. Registrants are encouraged to come with a peer. This session will be the basis for other classroom culture opportunities, including membership in the Oakland Schools Classroom Culture Referent Group.
