Event Description:
Session 1 Focuses specifically on the Communication Standard and helps teachers to investigate and compare the NCSSFL Can-Do Statements and the Michigan Benchmarks for Interpersonal Communication. Following this analysis, teachers will work together to create a cross-reference document for another communicative modality (interpretive, presentation) or for another proficiency level. In Session 2, teachers will learn to develop scaffolded activities that address the three modes of communication.
