Event Description:

Standards-based grading is on everyone’s mind these days. What does it take to make the shift? Practitioners from around the county have worked to put together a day-long workshop to help administrators, curriculum directors, department heads and world language teachers explore one approach toward this goal. In this interactive workshop participants examine the modifications that a district or department needs to consider in order to move to standards-based grading. Following the formal presentation, facilitator will work with district teams (studio time) to begin to develop a plan for their district.

It is highly recommended that districts send a team consisting of administrators and teachers to this workshop.
