Event Description:
The Reading Strategies Learning Lab will give teachers an opportunity to focus on the implementation of lessons and strategies presented in the Teacher Reading Sourcebook. This session will engage participants in a teaching lab experience in an Oakland County classroom. We will learn about, observe, share and practice strategies during the delivery of core instruction or intervention. We will observe each other implementing strategies within the classroom and will reflect together on instruction and intervention. Teachers will then practice these skills and create an action plan for using the skills in their own classroom. DPPD and college credit offered.

Oakland County Public School districts will receive substitute reimbursement for each session educators attend.
