This workshop will: • Provide an overview of the final rule for local school wellness policy requirements that went into effect July 1, 2016. • Discuss policy oversight and the MDE Administrative Review Process. • Provide guidance and resources for updating your school district’s wellness policy, including assessments for data-driven decision making. • Allow you to network with peers and district wellness team members to begin dialogue. |
