Event Description:

The relationships students have with adults in schools are a crucial foundation for social and academic success. Comments from our county Student Engagement Survey reveal this to be specifically true for Oakland county students. This one day learning experience will explore what effective student to staff relationships look like. Participants will have the opportunity to intentionally plan to make relationship-building with their students priority. This opportunity is part of the Classroom Culture series, designed to support cultural transformation at the classroom level. Facilitated by Bryan Dean and Mary Perfitt-Nelson.
