Event Description:

Join the Oakland County Historical Resources Consortium and Oakland Schools as we highlight ways to embed local history into the classroom. This session is designed for grades 2-5 and 8– high school. Participants will learn how to navigate the Oakland County Library Resource Consortium website on local history and have an opportunity to reflect on how best to use these resources in their classroom. Specific curriculum connections will be identified.
