Event Description:

Is your district implementing a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework but not getting results for all students? Regardless of where you are at in your journey, come and spend a day reflecting on the leadership necessary to sustain implementation of MTSS! This workshop will provide a review of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework with an emphasis on how to sustain practices over time and build momentum. Information will be provided on recent research on the MTSS framework with a focus on the five areas of (1) Assessments, (2) Data-Based Decision Making, (3) Tiers of Supports, (4) Infrastructure and leadership, and (5) Fidelity and Evaluation. Participants will be guided through the use of a tool to reflect on current practices and identify components of an action plan.
