Event Description: |
Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) is a safe behavior management system designed to aid professional staff in the management of disruptive and assaultive students. Oakland Schools offers a hybrid training that consists of 2 portions: web-based AND classroom-based. Participants will have complete the web-based learning which consists of study units and assessments. Web-based learning is estimated to take 3 hours. Participants must complete all units and pass the post-test PRIOR to the classroom-based portion. For April 19, 2018: DAY 1: On-line portion will open Thursday, March 29, 2018 and all work must completed by Tuesday, April 17, 2018. Log-in information will be sent once you have registered. |
