Event Description:

This event is for active Oakland County Public Schools Educators and PSA's only.

Five school teams of 5 (including administrator) are invited to a day of learning and planning around the PBIS framework in their building. Teams will assess current status of their 3-tiered work around PBIS, creating a vibrant action plan to move forward with intention. An overview of the PBIS framework will follow. The team will then discuss staff culture, setting the stage for deep conversations about important ideas around building commitment and enriching the staff culture as it pertains to collaborative work. The team will identify priorities needed to move the work forward collaboratively.
