| Event Description: |
Participants will first learn the current state of bullying in our schools, recent research and move beyond bullying to look at aggression as a whole. Within the day moving into a prevention model, which will include the Michigan Model for Health. Participants will also be introduced to the IWitness resources from the Shoah Foundation, restorative practices, and other promising approaches to reducing bullying. This session is appropriate for someone who needs a bullying prevention refresher as well as for someone wanting to go deep into this issue. |
