Event Description: |
This event is for active Oakland County Public Schools Educators and PSA's only. Collecting and using data helps us get better at everything in life. The PBIS framework includes collecting and using data around student behavior AND team implementation data. The key is collecting the right data and sharing it so that conversations leading to positive change are more possible. This one day experience will help the school culture/PBIS team analyze and tweak office discipline referrals for school-wide information. We will explore other instruments that help create supports for tiers II and III. In addition, we will discuss possibilities for assessing implementation of PBIS using team assessments. Finally, we will discuss ways data can be displayed and shared for effective conversations. Two members of the school team are recommended to attend. |
