We will adjust breaks and lunch to provide some off camera time, so plan for an active day of learning together. Pets, deliveries, kids, and other life moments are perfectly ok. We’re #BetterTogether and look forward to "seeing" you in August. Stipends for Oakland County educators and SCECHs are still being offered. Building Thinking Classrooms (BTC) is the result of over 10 years of research by Dr. Peter Liljedahl. Join us to experience high leverage practices that promote problem solving, questioning, and thinking along with accessible routines and grouping protocols that will increase opportunities for diverse learners. A local middle school teacher will share her BTC and accessible routines implementation story. Connections to co-teaching, retrieval practice, and supporting students with disabilities will be featured. Ongoing access to free resources via miPLACE will be provided.
