Event Description:

New special education, general education and ancillary staff who are in their first three years of working with students with ASD or a student with ASD are invited to join this collaborative network. We will meet four times during the school year and will address specific needs regarding successfully supporting students with ASD. Topics including the need for visual supports, educational strategies, behavioral and peer to peer supports will be addressed. In addition to learning more about autism, participants will have the opportunity to network and collaborate with other educators from the county, receive coaching support from OS consultants and learn more about valuable resources. Dinner will also be provided during each quarterly meeting.
